Each department is headed by:
• Irene Tolis who started working in the congress industry in 1981 and
has since then been responsible for the organization of more than 800
Greek and international congresses. She is responsible for the sales
and public relations.
• Andre Lancelin whose experience in the tourist industry dates back
to 1978 and has been involved in more than 900 congresses during
this time. He is responsible for the preparation and submission of
congress budget as well as the financial and logistics preparation of all
types of events.
• Irene Charalambous who has specialized since 1995 in business
travel, incentives, company events and international congresses. She
is responsible for the coordination and execution of ERA s projects.
