Each department is headed by:
Irene Tolis who started working in the congress industry in 1981 and
has since then been responsible for the organization of more than 800
Greek and international congresses. She is responsible for the sales
and public relations.
Andre Lancelin whose experience in the tourist industry dates back
to 1978 and has been involved in more than 900 congresses during
this time. He is responsible for the preparation and submission of
congress budget as well as the financial and logistics preparation of all
types of events.
Irene Charalambous who has specialized since 1995 in business
travel, incentives, company events and international congresses. She
is responsible for the coordination and execution of ERA s projects.

Education and Training
Goldair Congress has invested a lot in education and training of its
staff this year with the purpose to enhance their already existing
experience, through the education and training programs of IAPCO
(
International Association of Professional Congress Organizers) during
the 39th Wolsfberg Seminar held for 19 to 24 June 2013.
Furthermore, the participation in such seminars ensures that Goldair is
keeping pace with the ever-changing business environment. Education
and training are of key importance in Goldair Congress and it always
was and continues to be one of the main DNA essences of the
Company.
The main focus is not only attracting international association meetings
to Greece, but also ensuring quality driven services to satisfy
international standards.
